Membership Agreement
(all information will be secure and confidential and will not be released to third parties)
Landing Zone Gaming Center membership is free and allows you to enjoy all of the Center's activities. As a member you will be allowed to play on any of the PC's or Any platforms. As a member of this Center you will have a voice in the types of games available for play and will be allowed to sign up for tournaments, lock-ins, morning madness, and/or other promotions or activities through Landing Zone. There are only a few rules that you must adhere to and these rules are enforced so everyone can enjoy their experience at the Center.
Rules:
1. You may not allow anyone to share or play on your membership identification or password.
2. You must pay in advance for all hours of play and competition.
3. You cannot tamper with any computers, Xbox 360's, or Televisions, in the Center.
4. No outside food or drink may be brought into the Center, the Center cannot be liable for what you consume in drinks that are not purchased from the Center.
5. Respect the rights of others and treat others as you want them to treat you. No loud profanity or arguments will be tolerated in the Center.
6. To compete in a tournament, lock-in or morning madness; members must sign up in advance
7. Any game not returned at the end of your session will incur a $100 penalty.
8. Periodically, Landing Zone Gaming will send you emails of up coming events and promotions.
9. Defacing any property in the Center, including the walls, furniture or any equipment will result in personal liability for the member.
10. Disruptive behavior is detrimental to gaming; any fighting will be reported to the police for action.
11. No drugs, alcohol or weapons of any kind will be permitted in the Center.
12. Team Killing, Breaking Any Xbox Live Rules or Any of Landing Zone Gaming's rules will result in a Permanent Ban from Landing Zone without refund.
13.Landing Zone has the Right To Refuse Service To Anyone At Anytime.
Landing Zone has the right to not issuse refunds for any reason.
